In a vote at its meeting this afternoon, May 17, the Board of Trustees approved the strategic plan that will guide DePaul through its next six years. The plan, "Grounded in Mission: Engaging Students, Transforming Communities. The Plan for DePaul 2024," has six goals. DePaul President A. Gabriel Esteban, Ph.D., announced today, May 17, Steve Stoute will serve as his next chief-of-staff. Stoute, an attorney and experienced leader in higher education, will assume his new role on June 4, overlapping with Jay Braatz, vice president for planning and presidential administration, before she retires from DePaul on July 2.
