Student newsletter recognized by National Collegiate Honors Council

For the sixth year in a row, the National Collegiate Honors Council recognized "Honorable Mentions," a newsletter produced by DePaul's Honors Program, in its annual newsletter contest. This year, "Honorable Mentions" earned first place in the category of Student-Produced Electronic newsletter.

Distributed to honors classes, "Honorable Mentions" serves as a forum for announcements and information about honors activities and students. The publication also aims to be a platform for student views on various issues and an opportunity for displaying the creative work of honors students. 

The National Collegiate Honors Council is a professional association that aims to support and enhance education communities that participate in collegiate honors education around the world. The organization has more than 900 affiliated honors programs and honors colleges from across the United States.
